If the problem coursed by factory side, we will supply free spare parts or products untill the problem solved.
If the problem coursed by customer, We will supply technic support and supply spare parts with lower price.

So we do not sell light weight products or sticker high capacity(like 5 ton sticker 10 ton) We ensure that every products from our campany are goods genuine and prices reasonable.
Q:Can I get the sample?
A: Yes. Samples are welcome to us before mass production.
But few extra cost and products cost will be charge from customer first, and sample cost will be back to customer once started mass production.
Q:have shop cranes 100% assembled well in stock?
A:Np,all jacks, floor jack , hydraulic jacks will be newly produced according to your orders including samples.
