1)Fiberglass Molds Introduction

Fiberglass resin molds are widely used for producing gypsum, GRG, GRC interior and exterior decorative products, with features of good strength, not easily deformed, 3D Carved, Clear Patterns, Long Life Span, with aluminum supported on backside, patterns are clear and various designs available.

2)Fiberglass Molds VS Silicone Molds& Aluminum Molds

Compared with rubber silicon molds, it will not expand when heated or cooled, so not as easy as rubber silicon mold to be out of shape, and is cheaper than rubber silicone molds. It is easier for workers to demold, better strength than silicone rubber molds, good thermostability. What’s more, its costs is much lower then silicone molds.

Compare with aluminum molds, it is easier to repair when scratch happens and its life time is longer, aluminum molds can be only used to produce simple designs and not easy to demold.
