We have totally 225 employees and distributed in 8 different departments,10 employees in QA/QC department and 9 technician in R&D.

We are focus on daily-use ceramic products such as mugs, cup&saucer,bowls,plates,tea sets,coffee sets and dinnerware sets.

MOQ

1: what is the MOQ?

     As small as 500 pieces for the stock shapes.

As usual 10,000 pieces for new shape and 2500 pieces for one design.

2: How many shapes we can pick for 1 container?

     For a 20GP container which can load about 30000pcs for 12oz mug with 3 shapes and 10 designs.      

     For a 40GP container which can load about 60000pcs with 6 shapes and 20 designs.

1: What’s color can you do for us?

Please send me your PANTONE No., we can make it according to your requirement.

Packing

1: What’s your package?

Egg craft box,individual white box,color box and gift box is usual.

And we also do special box as show box,pvc box and so on.

We have own design team for the package!

Port

1: Which port do you ship from?

     Shenzhen; Ningbo; Qingdao

Delivery time

1: What‘s your product lead time?

As usual it’s 30-60 days after confirm sample and receive deposit which depends on the quantity.

2: Can you ensure the delivery date without delay?

we will do all our best to keep the shipping date ,except the deterministic forceees.

Payment

1: What is payment terms?

BY T/T 30% deposit,the remit 70% after mail full set of documents

2: Can we do LC?

Yes,but if do LC ,the price will be higher.because there will have extra cost.

3: When you can receive our payment once we confirm with bank?

Usually will take around 5 working days.

Sample

1: May I have a sample?

Yes, we can make sample according to your requirements, please show me design with AI or PDF format and arrange a payment for sampling.

2: What about your sample time

Usually 2 weeks after receive the sample fee.

3: How much is the sample fees?

  USD100 for one new shape;

  USD50 each color for new decal.

  If the order amount is more than USD5000,the sample fee will be refunded.

4: May I have a sample for free ?

You can get the stock sample for free but the delivery charge should be payed by you.

1: What's material of your products?

Stoneware ,New bone china, porcelain.

2: What is the produce process?

Roller forming, slip casting , pressing,/decal, hand painting /embossed/reactive glaze,spray glaze

3: What’s temperature for the decal.

Normally 780-830 degree, it’s safe in microwave and dishwasher

4: Do you have the Test Report?Do your goods can pass Ca pro 65?

Our products are produce based on EU standard, they can pass the test , we can offer the sample for you test , but not including the test fee , usually test fee is USD100/item.
