temperature, under high pressure, biomass material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.

Raw material

The raw material of biomass briquette machine is rich.Sawdust,rice husk,peanut shell,cotton stalk,tree branch,wood chips,etc.
Total process
(1)Crush your raw material into small pieces(diameter is about 3-5mm).
(2)Dry the material by dryer or dried it in the sun,till the moisture is less than 12%.
(3)Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
(4)Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
