Working Principle
\t
Sand(processed by screen) flow into spiral sand washer through chute and cleaned, soaked, broken up(especially used in high mud content material). Tailing and waste water discharges into separating device to concentrate and grading. Then sand(cleaned by spiral sand washer and separated by cyclone) discharges into wheel sand washer for secondary cleaning at the same time.  Then the sand cleaned by wheel sand waher into dewatering screen for dewatering. Waste water into secondary cyclone  for separating. Finally, the final product, which is fully dehydrated transported into pile by belt conveyor.
