Cone Crusher
Cone Crusher is widely used in mining ore crushing, high hardness of rock crushing, building material crushing, cement factory, quarry, concrete mixing station, quartz sand etc. It has the advantage of reliable construction, high prod activity, easy adjustment and less cost in operation.
Suitable Material
Granite, diabase, basalt, shale, quartz stone, pebble, limestone, iron ore, coal, nonferrous metal ore, cobble etc. It has 4 types of crushing chambers to fit the needs of coarse, medium, fine and extra fine crushing.
The material of cone crusher
1. Material of main frame steel plate is Q235.
2. Material of main shaft is 40Cr.
3. Material of mantle and concave is ZGMN13.
4. Material of springs is 60Si2Mn.
Working Principle
When Cone Crusher is at working, the belt, a big belt wheel, transmission shaft, bevel gear and bevel gear drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate under the force of motor.
