1.Q:what type of aluminum foil container machine we should choose?

   A: we recommend to choose general popurse use 55T and 63T:

  55T press is suitable for making the container size max. :300*300*50mm (L*W*H)

  63T press is suitable for making the container size max. :350*350*60mm (L*W*H)

  55T is suitable for making 250ml, 450ml,750 ml container with 2 cavities.

  63T is suitable for making 450ml,750ml container with 3 cavities.

2.Q: What about leadtime ?

   A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm  the details. The press machine leadtime from is 50days,  the best leadtime we can give is 60days. 

3.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?

   A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.    

4.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?

   A: we can make all range of wrinkle wall container mould and smooth wall container mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 7-9" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup,etc. We can also make 2 or 3 portion conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications.  Our strong points are all our moulds are WEDM-LS cut, which makes the mould more accurate and precise. Important matel we import out of China, and we do recut after heat treatment.

5.Q:Does the material need lubricating oil?

   A:yes . Lubricating oil is very important, the oil is food grade. Normally, we help our customers to find the right oil supplier or offer them the contact information. Before you run the machine just pure the oil into the tank directly.Normally  one barrel oil is 170kg,  about 580usd/barrel .

6.Q:Where can i get the aluminum foil jumbo rolls?

   A: We can help all our customers with every setup in their factories. We also introduce jumbo roll supplier to our customers too. Customer can contact them directly and compare the price.
