SD-YG-4-4 Automatic piston pump type filling machine is new generation utility product, developed from most advanced technology to suit to market demand. There are 4 filling nozzles for filling 100ML-1L and other 4 nozzles for filling 1L-5L, 8 nozzles in total, to make sure that can meet the requirement of accuracy. The machine with double insulation hopper, adopts SS304 stainless steel. Economic utility, low plant cover, the machine is widely applied to liquid packing in the market of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff, cosmetic and etc., meet to the requirement of GMP.
Features:
v This machine adopts piston metering pump to measuring and filling, suits all kinds viscosity of liquid. The filling accuracy is higher. Structure of pump with quick-fit detaching mechanism for easy cleaning and disinfection.
v The piston ring material of pumps adopts different series materials depending on the liquid components, such as silicone rubber, tetrafluoroethylene and other materials.
vPLC controlling, driving by servo motor, variable frequency regulation which can achieve a high degree of automation.
v Double hopper, 8 filling nozzles. There are 4 nozzles for filling 100-1L oil, the other 4 nozzles for filling 1L-5L oil.
v No bottle no filling, and counting automatically.
v It’s convenient to adjust the filling quantity. We can adjust all pumps filling quantity at one time, which also can adjust each pump’s filling quantity individually.
vSpecial drip-proof was installed in the inner of filling heads.
v The filling head will descend to the bottom of bottle. With the filling starts, filling heads rise slowly, that measures can efficiently prevent bubbles.
v This machine suit to filling different specific bottles, easy to adjust models.
