1) Can we customize the color?
Yes, we can do any color by pantone number or your samples, customized color is ok.
2) Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for customers to confirm order. But the freight of express is on buyer's
account.
3) Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each item should reach our MOQ.
4) What is the normal lead time ?
A. Usually within 3 weeks. Sometimes it depends on quantity and season.
B.For OEM products, the delivery time is 35-40 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
5) What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, balance before delivery from factory.
6) What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements, by sea, by air, or by express.
7) How do you control the quality?
We will offer samples to confirm before mass production. Do 100% inspection during production and then do random inspection before packaging and finally take pictures after packaging for customers’ payment.
8) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products are found by clients, they must take the pictures from the original cartons. All the claims must
be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
