Our quality :

 

Steel plate:

We use high density cold rolled plate from Shanghai baosteel and Anshan iron and steel group corporation, it has high density and smooth surface, it won’t deform. And it’s surface is covered with oil slick, protecting it from rust.

 

 

 

Drawer’s guiding rail:

We use 3mm cold rolled steel bar to make drawer’s guiding rails, it has high density and after test it can carry 120kg load with ease, the steel bar is galvanized and won’t rust. We customize high speed steel bear bearings, the drawer can be pulled out and pushed in smoothly even after over 10,000 times of pulling and pushing.

 

Processing:

We process the steel plate with CNC punching machine, precision reach 0.1mm, all finished parts have exactly the same sizes,. CNC bending machine make the bending to the precise angle. our PLC controlled spot welders ensure the product’s surface has no apparent welding marks.

 

Phosphorization

 

After phosphorizing, the coating have a strong adhesive, the coating won’t peel off, the layer of phosphorizing is anti-erosion, even when the coating is removed by external force, it won’t rust under protection of the layer of phosphorization.

 

Finish spraying:

We use prestigious brand powder which has steady properties and even in tone, anti-aging. Whole process automatic spraying.
