We have professional QC Staffs, and there are 4 processes we focus our attention on.
A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc
B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc
C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.
D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing
6.What is your opinion for small orders?
We can accept the min order quantity is 100pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation
7. What should we do if we cannot find the right thing in your site?
