Gold ingot melting furnace is a compact electric furnace for melting scrap, reclaiming, alloying, and refining various metals. It is perfect for pouring melted metals in casting operations when making bars or buttons. The unit is designed to heat up quickly (15 -20 minutes for different materials) and allow you to take the molten material with the included tongs to pour directly from the 2 kilogram crucible.

Use JC high-quality graphite crucible with the . This crucible has a groove in the rim to accept the specially designed crucible tongs for added safety Use this high-quality graphitecrucible with the Smelting Furnace. This crucible has a groove in the rim to accept the specially designed crucible tongs for added safety.

The crucible consists of pure graphite, and is therefore the first choice for melting furnace, since high heat resistance is ensured. The crucible was formed by turning, thus maintaining the stability of the mineral completely. An outlet notch facilitates the easy pouring and filling of the melt.

Heating Elements

High Quality Heating Elements
1.It comes with durable construction and made of double walled stainless steel. 
2.For enhanced thermal efficiency ceramic fiber is used between outer and inner chambers. 
3.The temp is regulated by a microprocessor based digital controller which ensures temp stability of +/-1°C.
4. For safe operation of the equipment, over temperature controller protects the heating elements.
 5.Heating elements are easy to replace, made of international standard quality material and fluxes resistant.

Operation Process

Smelting
1. Open furnace cover, put the crucible by tongs with melting material into the furnace, close Lid.
2. Turn on the red switch, press the red button to start the melting process, the round indicator light will be light. Then the thermostat control melting automatically.
IV. Pour metal liquid process.(Note:Make sure bear on insulating gloves and glasses during operation)
1. After 15minutes, setting temperature is reached.
2. Wait for 5minutes, open the lid with insulating gloves and glasses to check 
3. If melted, metal liquid will appear, it not melted, go on melting.
4. Put it on the insulating tray, wait for cooling with 10 second.
5. Pour the melten into the mould, put the crucible in the tray hole.

Setting Temperature

<sub>Be sure the front power switch is in the OFF position, green switch for power supply switch, red switch for heating switch.
2. Connecting the furnace to your electrical supply, turn on the green switch, the top read-out (PV) displays the actual temperature inside the crucible during operation. The bottom readout (SV) displays the setting temperature 1150℃/2102F you enter into the furnace. 
The setting temperature suits melting gold, silver, copper etc. The temperature thermostat allows you to set the desired melting temperature between room temperature to 1150℃/2192F.</sub>
