Product Description

5t three-phase arc steelmaking furnace, the structure of removing the roof, then feeding from the top, tapping from tapping mouth, operating by right side. Mechanical Electrode lifting structure, furnace is tilting and furnace lid lifting, rotating by hydraulic, electrical control using PLC (Siemens) mediator control.

Main features

According to requirements, the steelmaking arc furnace can adopt alkaline or acid lining, and can smelt carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other varieties. The electric arc furnace equipment has the following main features:

▲ Transformers can be overloaded by 20%, with sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that they can withstand frequent short circuit shocks.
▲ Transformer for the strong oil circulating water (OFWF) adopts trouble-free oil circulating water cooler.
