A: GL is a glass OEM mainly focus on high quality flat/bending glass + mirror process.

Q: What kinds of glass will be used?
A: (Lighting)We will use clear / ultra float glass for production, depends on customer's product need.
(Touch screen)We usually use AGC(Dragontail) for production, but available in gorilla/NEG etc base on customer's need.

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the effect?
A: It depends on glass sizes / thickness.
To small size/thickness less than 3.2, we recommend chemical tempered(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness 3.2 or above, we recommend full thermal tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / partical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.

Q: What's the edge treatment could meet?
A: We could make direct cut(cut chips, cheapest), fine grinded(CNC) and polish edges base on your need.
The chamfer / radius could be set.
Q: What's the cut hole effect?
A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass, we usually use waterjet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
Q: Could irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
Q: How's the silk print effect?
A: GL received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dustfree room
Available in high temperature silk print(The paint melt into glass) and low temperature paint(Pass adhesion test).
Paint injection for holes, edges & grinded surface.
Q: What's the surface treatment available in GL?
A: AR(Anti-reflective), AG(Anti-glare), AF(Anti-fingerprint), sandblasted/etching available.
