Performance:
-0.85times rated voltage at pump which working can normal on/off status in 3 seconds in 1m head pipe outlet condition.
- The pressure test is carried out for 1 min at a hydrostatic pressure of 0.012Mpa,the pressure occurring at maximum pump total head 1.0m. There is no water leakage.
-Resistance to heat: The parts are introduced for a period of 168 hours into a climatic chamber in which relative humidity of the air is maintained at between 90% and 95% and at a temperature of 40±3℃.Then placed at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Resistance to cold: The parts are placed in a chamber at a temperature of -10±3℃ for 30 minutes. Then placed at room temperature for 30 minutes. Using insulation resistance device to measure energized and unenergized parts with DC5000V and more than 10MΩ.
-Corrosion resistance: After 8 hours of 5% salt spray at a temperature of 35 ± 3 ℃, placed 16 hours as one cycle. After 7 cycles, the site of iron must be not obvious traces of rust.
-Continuous power performance: The coil of drain pump should not be burned after energized without water for 12 hours. Any constructional deformation shall not be observed.
Instruction when replacement:
1. Disconnect all electrical & hydraulically net work for washing machine.
2. Empty all contents and also any inner water.
3. Disassemble the defective drain pump from impeller/filter/machine shaft include the electrical & Hydraulically connection.
4. Install with carefully at the same place the new Drain pump motor with also new gasket, the eventual bracket and protection for water.
5. Shut the screws to avoid clasp excessively so that not ruin the threads.
6. Repair the electrical & hydraulic connection for the drain pump, by verify and supervise the correct working of the machine, executing a washing-drying cycle.
Installation Instruction:
1.Fix the pump in proper position of the washing machine through the hole in the assembling panel of the pump.
2.Connect the water inlet and outlet correspondingly to those in washing machine.
3.Connect the pump’s L/N terminal separately with L/N terminal of the washing machine. When the pump used in Class I appliance, it is necessarily connect the pump’s earthing terminal to ensure the electric safety.
4.Do not connect to power supply unless finishing the installation and checking it in normal situation.
5.For the pump should be fixed to the appliance, and it should be without power cord and plug, if the pump is to be connected to the fixed wiring, a all-pole disconnected device with 3mm disconnect-distance shall be provided.
6.The space for installation of the pump should meet the dimension of the pump,
7.The minimum distance between each part of the pump and the surrounding appliances should be 4mm.
