SY-GP 520 thermal pad has a high degree of compliance and thermal conductivity. It is special designed for the application of gap heat transferance. SY-GP520 can fill the gap and improve the heat transfer ability between the heat generation part and heat radiation part. These materials can be laminated with the mating surface with minimum pressure, thus make few or no stress on the mating parts.
SY-GP 520 thermal pad has inherent adhesion features, dispense with adhesion layers. It can be easily attached to the electrical components tightly, meanwhile it can cover the tiny uneven surface so that make the mating parts fully contacted, thus improve the efficiency of the heat conduction. The thickness can be specially customized according to your demand. You can also choose the products with adhesive film or single side sticky.

Thickness available :0.3~8.0 mm

1: Can I get free sample?
Yes, Saintyear Electronic is glad to offer free samples if you are a qualified and returning customer, however, if the sample is expensive, like large size , Saintyear Electronic has to charge some basic cost of the sample.

Yes, Saintyear Electronic is capable in developing products according to your requirements; quotation will be available within 24 hours after getting all the details of desired products.
3: How to customized a sample?
If you are ordering a unique sample that Saintyear Electronic doesn't have in stock, you need to supply all the production detail, it will be better if you can provide a sample for our evaluation and testing. A customized sample maybe requires new molding, which will cost molding fee. Saintyear Electronic will examine your sampling requirement, then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 1-2 weeks depends on detailed samples.
4: How to ship the order?
Saintyear Electronic usually sends packages by air, which is fast. There are many good international couriers for options; DHL, UPS, FedEX, and EMS are the most popular. If a buyer has any DHL, UPS, FedEX account, we can ship the package under your account.For bulk order, Saintyear Electronic usually ship by sea, a sea shipment will require much more Customs and shipping documentation than air shipment.
