Q. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Alternatively fit and function test could be done here in China via video conf call. Sample cost might apply upon different kind of products.
Q. What about the lead time?
A:It takes days in general to manufacture samples for products that we have existing tooling. Mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for order quantity more than 50,000 of each size. Free free to check with sales representitives if you have any question.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Actually no, but the unit price will be high due to handling cost charged by forwarders or packaging cost. It would make it cost effective to manufacture in China when the order quantities reach x amount. Free free to check with sales representitives if you have any question.
Q. Can you help if I want to have any change on the original design?
A: Yes, we welcome customized products as long as you can describe your requirement. Images with dimensions, sketches, drawings are very helpful. We'll then provide drawing(s) for you to approve before quote/manufacturing.
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship them palletized in containers. It usually takes 30 days to the UK and 35 days to arrive in mainland Europe, 16 days to west coast of North America, 45 days to the east coast of North America. Air frieight is not recommended due to the cost but for quick delivery requirements. The freight costs listed at the right side of the pages are only for reference.
Q. How to proceed an order?
A: Either let us know your requirements on quantities of each components, or let us know the size of your shelves and their corresponding quantities. We could do the calculations for you.
Q. Is it OK to get a logo on the product?
A: Yes, but MOQ might apply. It would take new tooling and take longer time. Free free to check with sales representitives.
Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in different kinds of display stands since 2003.
Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is located in Jiashan County,Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. The nearest airport is Shanghai. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit , and balance will be cleared before shipment.
Q: What is the manner of packing?
A: It varies from product to products. Generally, we use export carton, with air bubble film/ PE film/ EPE foam/ air bag/shrink film as needed.Other packing like wooden box are available to clients’ requirement. In a word, we balance protection and packing cost and ensure sufficient protection during shipment and storage.
Q: How much is the freight ?
A. We'll check for you according to your requirements. I will need to know the way of transportation(by sea or air), destination sea port (C&F term), airport(C&F term), detail address and post code to deliver .
