Model SAY-A-R rotogravure printing press is a high performance machine. It is composed of unwinding unit, in-feed drive unit, printing units, drying units, out-feed drive unit, rewinding unit, electrical control section and control gauges, etc.

1.1 Main features

a. Max printing speed: 180m/min

b. Drying hoods: nozzle type hot air recycle fast air discharge arc shape structure

c. Shaftless printing cylinder fixed with air chuck, working with printing cylinder loading trolley, ensures quick printing cylinder exchange.

d. Automatic flying splicer on the unwinder and the rewinder, motions of tape detection, Splicing nip roller’s move on, cutting knife’s breaking web, tension alteration and restoration are executed automatically.

e. Unwinding, in-feed drive, out-feed drive and rewinding adopt AC vector frequency inverter for control.

f. Adopts standard configuration for high class rotogravure press: four-section dancing roller tension control system, unwinding, in-feed drive, out-feed drive and rewinding are all by means of supper low friction cylinder dancing roller for detection, featured with high precision tension control.

g. Rewind applies nonlinear tapered tension control, resolving deform problem of central area of bobbin.

h. Low torque integral guide roller, to satisfy the requirement of printing on sensitive materials.

i. Doctor blade mechanism with dual cylinders counter pressure with linear bearing moves more flexible and stable, to meet high speed printing.

j. Whole machine adopts PLC for centralized control, touch-screen for operation and monitoring work states, being integral design integrated with mechanics, electrics, and pneumatics.
