GM Series High Speed Mixing Granulator Wet Mixing Granulating Machine
Introduction
GM series wet granulator, As an important process equipment for production of solid preparation in pharmaceutical industry, mix the raw materials, or the production of soft material. PLC automatic control systems, equipment and technology in line with current GMP and national pharmacopoeia requirements.
Features

4. Designed with granulation end-point detection function, satisfies with the process reproducibility request.
5. Designed with self-vent vacuum loading sys for raw material, reduce the labor and avoids dust and cross contamination, satisfies with the current GMP clean production request.
6. Compound mechanical & air sealing structure avoid any material leakage and cross contamination, satisfies with the current GMP clean production request.
7. Variable impeller & chopper speed controlled by VFD and setup from HMI, satisfies with various product mixing & granulation requests.
Working Principle
Since the material through a vacuum (such as the choice of the feeding mode), or other ways to feed into the bin, in the impeller under the action of mechanical force flow, forming trajectory, are mixed evenly in a silo, injecting adhesive, pelletizing knife open; material formed by adhesive bonding bridge formation in Masterbatch, mechanical energy conversion function, gradually grew up to meet the requirements of the wet particle.
