



QINMA’s Origin
At the end of 1930s, besides the YangZi river there was a litter warm family. Everyday father went to fishing and when he came back mother has finished dinner.But as a boatman, father and his friends didn’t have enough money, so they found way to make sure that the dinner cheap and delicious. Mother prepared the hot pepper, ginger and shallot to cook hotpot for father and his friends, they felt warm and energetic. After that QINMA hotpot restaurant has been opened besides the river.
