Usually,18w T8 fluorescent tube's total lumen is 1200lm,but its effective lighting emitting surface is about 70%, so lumen is 1200lm x 70% =840lm,so we can use 9w 110lm/w T8 led tubes to replace the old fluorescent lamps.............................
