Process of biomass wood pelet machine line
1.Chipping process
1)Wood chipper,this is for wood log starting for the whole line,if use corn straw,rice husk only start hammer mill is ok.
2)Drum wood chipper and disk wood chipper two kinds for selection,normally disc wood chipper capacity is lower,drum wood chipper capacity will be higher.wood chipper also can be seperated from the whole line,if your wood log in forest,the wood chipper can be made by diesel engine and installing wheels for mobile everywhere.
3)Wood chipper input mouth have limited,so we need know your side wood log max diameter.if too big,also need wood spliter.

2.Crushing process
1)if wood chips,we will select the efficient hammer mill,while if other raw materials,we will suggest you the multifuncational hammer mill.different raw materials have suitable machine.
2)Hammer mill have spare parts,hammers and screen mesh,the standard mesh size is 6mm,if you need another size,please inform us.
3.Drying Process
1)The dryer machine selected based on raw materials moisture,normally if your raw materials within 15%-20% Range is ok,no need dryer,while more than 25%,please consider use dryer.
2)Hot wind stove,we can produce for you,if your side can build it in your local market,we will supply the technical parameters,this way is better,save more shipping freight and save cost.
3)about the fuels for hot wind stove,you can burn biomass raw materials,like wood log,wood pellets,corn straw,also can burn coal,some clients also want o burn gas,this is ok.depend on your burn fuel to design stove.

Ring die and vertical structure are good for cooling the pelletizing room. 5. Independent and frequency conversion discharge device can ensure the rate of pellet formation.
The cooler adopts vibration locking device, increasing the cooling efficiency, reducing the broking rate, rooting out the drawback that the cooler can not work after the pellets become cooler, at the same time, lowering the power consumption. The cooling efficiency is much better than other products at home, and also higher than the National Standard. The temperature of pellets after cooling is not +5℃ higher than room temperature. The reducing moisture rate is not lower than 3.8%. All these are good for producing high capacity feed pellets, lengthening pellets storage period and improving economic efficiency.
This process is select the fine and standard pellets,if break pellets or smaller will be selected then go to pellet mill to press again,depend raw materials to select vibrating screen or gyratory screen.
7.Packing process
The packing machine is automaticly type,you can set eah bags weight,after weightening then have belt conveyor to sewing machine,Capacity 5-50kg/bags.if you need big tons packing machine,please inform us in advance.
1, How to pay to you ? T/T inadvance or by ESCROW . We can accept 30% deposit , and balance paid to us before delivery machine to you .
2, How long is the delivery time? For standard machines, it would be 7 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to clients,specific requirements, it would be 30 days.
3, Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines? Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
4,How about the documents after shipment? After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
