Q1.Can I visit factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
 A1:   It is a great honor to invite you to visit factory. Our factory is located in Economic Development Zone,Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, which will take 20 minutes by car from Longwan International Air Port to our factory; one and half hours from Wenzhou to our factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Wenzhou City. 

Q2. Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A2: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo application authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products. 

Q3.Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning? 
A3:  We are willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo. 
We have a design team and a marketing plan design team to service our customers for this.

Q4.What’s the guarantee of our products?
 A4:   We have strict quality control and product testing. All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error –free products to our customers. Limited lifetime for 5years with faucet, 1year for finish,and 3years for cartridge.

Q5. How is your factory production capability? 
A5:  Our factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line. We can manufacture products up to 50000 pcs per month.

Q6. Do you inspect the product? How?
A6:   Yes,each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.
