Physical & Chemical Features:

The pure forchlorfenuron is the white lamellar crystal. It is ahrd to dissolve in water just with solubility of 0.11mg/l in water. But it is freely soluble in organic solution such as ethanol, methanol, dimethylsulfoxide and acetone. Its melting points is about 170 celsius degree. It can keep stable at the condition with heat, ultraviolet ray, acid and alkali.So forchlorfenuron can be stored for a long time. Forchlorfenuron is with the weak smell of pyridine. 

Function:

Forchlorfenuron is a new type plant growth regulator with high activity of benzene urea cytokinin substances. It can improve plant bud growth, accelerate the cell mitosis and improve the plant organ growth. It can improve the cell metaplasia and differentiation. Also it can improve the fruit expanding growth and avoid the flower and fruit drop to increase the yield. By delaying leaf-senescence that makes the green leaf in longer time, the forchlorfenuron can strengthen chlorophyll synthesis to improve the photosynthesis, which can make the leaf geener. Break the apical dominance; promote lateral bud germination; induce the bud differentiation; promote lateral branch formation; increase the branches amount; increase flower amount, improve pollen fertility; and then increase the fruit quantity to increase production. Improve quality of the crop for crop commercialization. Induce the parthenocarpy; stimulate ovary enlargement; prevent flower and fruit dropping; promote protein synthesis and increase sugar content.

Caution:
