Our Company
We are a small factory but dedicated in only dry roller compaction for granulating & briquetting powders.
We have been engaged in roller compaction over 15 year. As evident in our history we are in the unique position fo have a full mastery of:
Manheim potassium sulfate (SOP) fertilizer granulating, potassium chloride(MOP/KCL) fertilizer granulating, ammonium sulfate granulating, NPK nuggets producing, slow-release & controlled-release fertilizer granulating, FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) gypsm briquetting, and other chemical powders.
Also, we are capable of handling lithium iron phosphate compacting for battery in field of New energy resources, and have installed granulating lines in China.
Our factory and office are located in Changzhou city which is 1 hour from Shanghai. Welcome to us at any time with sample to test on our pilot machine.

□Gypsums, including FGD gypsum (from electric power plant), natural gypsum, phosphogypsum,fluorogypsum
□Fertilizer, saying chemical fertilizer, mineral fertilizer, NPK compound fertilizer, especially specialized in Russia SOP/KCL and Manheim SOP (100% organic fertilizer is not suitable)
□Fine chemical materials, snow melt agent, fire retardant, cement retarder, metallurgical addition agent, etc.
■Dry organic powder mixed with min.50% inorganic power, saying cocopeat.
■Slight wet powder, saying charcoal mixed with starch and water, coal powder

Why choose dry roller compaction for granulating & briquetting?
1. Dry roller compaction is sort of physical convert from plastic deformation to elastic deformation. It doesn't changing original composition and hence doesn't influence final product application.
2. Dry roller compaction is desgined with hydraulic pressure which helps final product obtain higher strength to avoid breaking into powder again.
3. Dry roller compaction consumes only electricity. It is a prevalent, economical and friendly way to turn powder into shaped products.
4. Dry roller compaction is a low labor cost technology.
5. Granlulated or briquetted product density is doubled. Space during transportation and packing are double saved too.
What is size & shape of granulated and briquetted product?
We have two types of machine. One is Type A we refer to "Granulating", the other Type B we refer to "Briqueting".
The difference is roller shape. Please see below.
Type A makes usually 2-5mm angular granules by the reason of breaking&crushing is applied.
Type B makes usually +10mm uniform briquettes.
Roller surface shape is different and customized according to your particular requirement.
