1. Condensation Cure Liquid Silicone Raw Material for Cultured Stone Rubber Molds Making description
XB-725# is one of the best seller.
The XB-725# is a kind of liquid RTV tin cure mold making silicone rubber with two parts, part A is the silicone rubber base, part B is the condensation curing agent. XB-725 is in the harshness of 25 shore A, then the application of XB-725# would be used to make mould of the products in medium size such as 40~50cm, such as the concrete/cement products, artificial stone, small plaster decorations, bronze statues, etc.
Its mixing ratio is 100:3, and generally 3% free catalyst would be offered. But in the same mixing ratio, the higher the temperature is, the faster the silicone rubber would be cured. So, please add the catalyst accordingly.

FAQ
1.Why does the silicone mold appear to dry outside but wet inside?
Some molding silicone rubber is a kind of condensation cure silicone rubber, which would get solidified after absorbing moisture.
While in order to provide a significant shelf-life for the silicon rubber, we will dry out the water in the silicon rubber.
So when the humidness is lower than 50%, this would happen.
Solution: Add 0.1% water into the silicon rubber and Stir over a low speed briefly when you use it.
2.Why the silicone mould cured incompletely?
a. Inexact mixing ratio, didn’ t weigh the part A and hardner according to the standard ;
b. The silicone and catalyst have not been mixed evenly and totally.
We should pay attention to avoid this kind of problem, otherwise there will be a waste of silicone mold.
