Our acacia dark rosewood comes with magnificiant black grains & light reddish hues similar to another luxry wood - Asian rosewood(padauk).Actually not each piece of acacia wood plank in large consigments of raw material comes in such nice genuine rosewood features due to source place weather condition variation or different ages of the acacia lumber we cut.

 

To get the perfect look of such specially selected "rosewood "plank, we need to pick up them from large stock of lumber cut with similar features.The rosewood plank should be at higher density aged heartwood of genuine chinese short leaf acacia or Taiwan short leaf acacia.

 

 So we can easily undrestand why rosewood acacia costs so much higher than common garde one.
