At present, our company has a complete set of casting equipments, heat treatment process equipments, machining equipments and coating produce line, in which there are eight V-40 numerical machining centers imported from Far East company of Taiwan, one large middle-bright fine grinding machine, dozens of WT-60 turning centers imported from this company too. one METALSCAN 2500spectrum analysis instrument imported from ARUN company of England, harness examination instrument, X-ray detection apparatus, impermeability tester, dynamic balance machine, wheel ring duration and impact comprehensive tester, coating thickness testing instruments,etc.

2. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us;
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us;
(3) Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection.
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.
3. How to confirm the quality before mass production?
Send us your samples, and we make the sample for your confirmation.
