3. If I send you strap designs could you make samples?
Absolutely yes. We understand that sometimes customer has their own design and need qualified manufacturer to provide the OEM service. Yes,we always do customized designs.

You can send us your own design artwork in Adobe illustrator file (AI) or PDF so that we can issue you finished product design.

If your design is not too complicated,we also accept JPG file.

Note: Any Pantone color in C/U/TC/TPX will be available.

4.What's the main material available for your products ?

Non stretch products made of Polyester, nylon,rayon,polyamide etc.

Stretch products made of polyester/spandex,nylon/spandex,or lycra etc.

5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
Usually 3~5days.

6. What is your shipping way?
If it is a small quantity, Express is highly recommended.
Otherwise, Sea freight is the best option.

7. How can you ensure the quality inspection? 
As the order process, we have the inspection standard before delivery according to ANSI/ ASQ Z1.4-2008, and supply you picture.

8. What about the lead time for mass production?
7~15 days after every details confirmed and payment arranged.

Usually is 100pcs/type/size/degsign,but some types NO MOQ if we have in stock 

10. What is the payment terms? 

30% deposit by T/T, West union, and balance should be paid before shipment.
