Packing & Delivery

Packing Details : medium-sized products will be wrapped with air bubble films, tied up by scotch tape and cased in plastic box. while those small-sized ones will be placed into paper box, portioned with cotton. All these plastic boxes and paper boxes will be laid up in carton fixed by plastic tape，wood bar or rope.

Small items

Orderly laid up in parper box. Grade, batch number, amount, date of packaging will be labelled.

Medium-sized items

packed into plastic box, tied up by tape.

General outside packing

Necessary shipping marks will be labelled on it. We accept any customizing of shipping mark design if you need.

Delivery Details  

Time: 18-25 days after order is confirmed or imprest is all duly paid.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: Please Let us reitrate it that we are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it should be 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. While it will be postponed to 18-25 days if stock is exhausted. It is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, generally We will charge no price for samples under 1kg,  but not for freight and mould fee.

Q：How is the transaction process?

A:  For the sake of efficiency, we suggest that you start your inquiry with sending us precise specification(drawing sketch), grade(cobalt content), and order quantity of the products needed, instead of simply asking for a quotation based on item catalogue. That's because these goods on catalogue are typically priced a little bit higher than their actual concessionary rate, which we online sales department  quotes according to the three elements mentioned above.
