Q1:What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?

A: 1 pcs per model.

 

Q2:How much do I need to pay for your OEM service? 

A: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order qty over 500pcs.

The OEM cost is already included in our prices.  

 

Q3:Do you offer samples? 

A: Yes, samples are available. Please just kindly let us know your request

Q4:What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?) 

A:1-2days for sample orders. 3-7days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

 

Q5:How will you deliver my goods to me?

A:We always ship by air and sea. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses

such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly.

 

Q6:How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive? 

A:5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.
