Product Description
The machine is a dedicated device that used for producing heat barrier profile.Mainly to gullet and hack in the notch of heat-insulated strip and plastic profile for aluminum profile.
1. To hob in the notch of insulated heat strip of aluminum profile in order to add contact strength between heat-insulated strip and aluminum profile.
2. Used frequency control to hob, the speed is controlled stepless speed change.
3. Rotating mode, driver motor+worm gear and shaft for aluminum housing 4 spindle-case drive gulleting cutter to realize gulleting accurately.
4. Realized automatic of gulleting and knurling.
5. The overall of machine is sprayed, attractive and durable.
6. Heat-insulated aluminum profile ingot-gulleting and assembly are synchronous.
7. Gulleting machine improves the notch of heat-insulated between heat-insulated strip and aluminum profile via hobbing. Compared with not gulleting profiles, the shear force more than 40%, and improved shear force of finished heat-insulated aluminum profile.
