•1.Do you provide free samples ?
Dear customers, as usual, sample will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But , for some stock item, we can provide you free sample, but you should pay for the delivery cost.

Dear customer, we can accept small quantity for trial order to support your business. But please be advised that on our peak season, it is difficult to be arranged.
•3.How is your delivery time ?

Dear customer, normally, we do not accept this for our current solar lighting product , cause it is very difficult , what’s more, it will extend the production time and somehow damage the product. We suggest you to make a stick rather than printing directly.
If you have a new product , then we can accept this as per your request.
For our air humidifier and air purifier , it is okay.
•6.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?
Dear customer , yes we can make it. But the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.
•7. Are you BSCI proved factory ? And have you passed any audits?
