4.What are the payment term and delivery time?
Payment terms: usually 30 % is deposit, and balance to be effected before delivery.
Delivery time: usually we can arrange delivery within 30 days after receipt of the order, for customized products, the delivery time will be agreed by the seller and the buyer.

5.Which factors will affect the cutting of saw blade?
The quality of the saw blade will be the basis of a perfect cutting , and the power of motor, rotate speed, the water supply and the surrounding temperature and other factors will also affect the cutting.

6.Which information does the customer need to provide to the manufacturer?
In order to recommend the highly cost effective products to the customer, we need the customer to provide us the category and hardness of the stones, the power and rotate speed of the cutting machine.(e.g. In normal, the power is 11-15Kw and the rotate speed is 2000RPM).If the power or rotate speed is lower than normal, please let us know in advance.
