-- You can always decide how many units to order, we are quite flexible on MOQ. And the bigger quantity you place, the better price we can offer.

Q2.Can I have a sample order for led light?

-- Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than.

Q3.What is the warranty for the Led lighting ?

-- We have two years warranty.If you have any quality problem on our side occurred in this period,we will take on replacement for free.

Q4.what is color temperature ?

--LED lighting offer lamp in warm,natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures,The lower the color temperature is,the warmer the light given by the LED:

l Warm white = 2700K-3200K

l pure white = 4000K-4500K

l cool white = 5000K-5500K

l natural white = 6000K-6500K

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

-- Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and promise 100% quality before shippment.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
