TIP: Most 4WD vehicles are equipped with rated recovery points which are usually detailed in the owners manual.
Each Monster4WD tow hook is supplied with hardware to complete installation however some may require additional fittings. For added safety the tow hook has a spring steel retaining clip, to prevent straps from falling off during a recovery.

 

CAUTION: A tow ball or vehicle tie down point is not designed as a recovery point. These points DO NOT have sufficient load ratings to handle the loads exerted during a recovery. Failure to attach recovery straps to a correctly rated recovery point may result in a failure and the strap, tow ball or other item used in the recovery may become a missile and could result in serious injury or death.

Term of Product Warranty :
1. Monster4WD Will replace with new item if products damage due to regular delivery .
2. Monster4WD Will replace with new item if products is not working.
3. Monster4WD Will replace with new item which broken due to regular use within 1 year after received the products.
4. All replace products is free in charges and freight charges will be paid by Monster4WD.
5. Product no need to return to Monster4WD at most situation, but pls contact with your sales manager of Monster4WD first to get confirmation .
6. Replace product will be sent together with new order or any other ways that confirmed by Monster4WD Team .
7. Damage item information should be provided by buyer use "Monster4WD damages product feedback sheet " .
8. Missing products due to transport please contact with freight company first for more information use shipping document provide by Monster4WD .
9. All other situation and more info about warranty pls contact with Monster4WD Term to get more detail .

Term of Payment (Advance T/T) :
1. 30% of total amount as deposit , 70% after copy of shipping documents sent by Monster4WD within 5days .
2. 50% of total amount as deposit if order value less than USD 6000 . 50% balance amount after copy of shipping documents sent by Monster4WD within 5days.
3. 100% payment in advance before production if order value less than USD 5000 .
4. 100% payment in advance before production if order value less than USD 3000, and will need to add extra USD 100 as handling charges for any export order .
5. For any Air/Courier shipping order & Order which need to ship to other supplier's warehouse, 100% balance payment is request before dispatch the order .
6. 100% balance payment is request before dispatch the order if different shipper instead of Monster4WD on the shipping documents.
7. Any extra charges issued due to delay in prepare balance payment by buyer, Monster4WD will not take resposibility for it .
8. All other payment term different than above should confirmed by Monster4WD team.

Term of Delivery(FOB NINGBO, ZHEJIANG or SHANGHAI):
1. 25 to 30days delivery to FOB Port after received deposit or full payment of the order . delivery time maybe less if it is stocked but need to confirmed by Monster4WD First.
2. Small or Sample order delivery time may be less 7 to 15days but need to confirmed by Monster4WD .
3. Any other delivery destination without confirmation with Monster4WD Term before ordering may cause extra charges.
4. Any other different delivery term such as CIF, CNF, DDU, DDP or FCA please contact with Monster4WD Team to get confirmation .
