Full Arched Top Decorative Interior Iron Doors

14 Gauge steel with 5/8" solid iron scroll work

Our doors are primarily constructed of 14 gauge steel, with hand forged 5/8" ( 16mmx16mm ) solid iron scroll work for a more appealing look and added security. Steel is used in the door panels, jamb and window frames. 

Dual Pane Tempered Glass Window

All our doors include 5/8” (5mm+6mm+5mm) dual paned insulated tempered glass and window frame. Hinged glass panel that open and close for ventilating and easy-clean. 

The window latch is used to control the open and close the glass frame.

Bearing Hinges

Heavy duty ball bearing hinges for easy opening, each can hold up 1000 lbs, 4 ball bearing hinges for a standard 96" tall door.

Pre-drilled Double Bore 

We can install your pointed lock. If purchased without our lockset, double lock holes will be pre-bored in each door with 2-1/8″ boring, 2-3/8″ backset, 5-1/2″ center to center per the standard.

Weather Stripping & Door Sweep

Rubber Weather Stripping installed around the door frame, the glass frame and T-astragal for energy saving. Door Sweep is also included at the bottom of door.

Mounting Bracket

Mounting Bracket, also named Mounting Tab, welded from the egde of the jamb for for easy and secure installation.

Diameter of each bore is Φ13mm.

Flush Bolt 

Extension flush bolts are used on double door units, installed on the top and bottom. The flush bolt is the mechanism that locks the passive door of a double door unit. One flush bolt locks into the top of the doorframe and the bottom flush bolt locks into the threshold/floor.

Roller Catch & Deadbolt

The roller catch holds the door in the close position so the wind does not blow the door open when the door is closed. Pull handles come with a Baldwin deadbolt for safety and match your door finish.

Polyurethane Foam 

The entire door ( jamb, panel, theshold, kickplate ) is fully injected with high density polyurethane foam for insulation.

Integrated Threshold 

All our doors come with threshold welded to the frame. Integrated threshold with door jamb for integral strength and rigidity for lasting years of wear.Threshold slops down making sure water is flowing away outside.
