PHOSPHORIC ACID TANK CAR is built to 43.6 t gross rail load for the transportation of Phosphoric acid and other similar commodities.
The car is loaded from the top hatches, after the hatch cover is opened. The top hatch cover is manually operated from the top platform. The car is unloaded from the bottom hatches, which is equipped with one 5' internal valve, T branch pipe and two ball valves. The internal valve and the ball valves are manually operated from both sides of the car, and each ball valve are work independently. The goods are unloded to both sides of the cars.
The tank body and its accessories are made of 316L stainless steel, and the whole car is designed according to EN standards.
Various options for loading/unloading valve configurations are available depending on the service requirements.
