• Guarantee:

Warraty period is one year or 1000 hours (depends on which occurs first ).  If the failure is caused by turbine manufacturing defects, we will be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by crew wearing parts, consumable parts for daily use, human error , negligence or failure of following the original maintenance manual provisions, etc.

1. What is your warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hous, whichever comes first(Excep the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation).
2. What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment.
L/C Irrevocable L/C at sight.
3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 20 to 30 days. If you have urgent demand, the delivery will be shorter depending on the requirements. If you have special requirements, the delivery will be longer.
4. Can the generators be customized?
Yes. Our generators can be customized depending on customer's detailed requirements. We can supply generators for rental business, home use, inudstrial projects, army projects, power station, etc. The generators we supply is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, lower and high temperature environment.
5. Can you use our logo?
Yes. For mass orders, we can use customer's logo instead of ours.
