1.New design, the cabonization furnace body: diameter 1.4m, length 14m with three-layer body, the inside is high quality insulating refractory brick, the middle layer is insulated nanometer materials to to prevent temperature loss. The outside layer is 12mm steel plate, with long life-time.

2.The carbonizaing temperature could reach 600-1000℃, and machine working speed is

adjustable, for different materials, we suggest different temperature and working speed to sure

Catalytic Furnace

1.Match catalytic furnace, put the sawdust to catalytic furnace. Then it will deal with sawdust

and producing combustible gas, the combustible gas burning to increase temperature, there is no any smoke and dust producing, when the temperature reach 600-100℃. The carbonization furnace start working.

2.When the catalytic furnace producing gas, it's burning and heating inside of buffer device,

there is no light fire producing. It’s secure and energy-saving low temperature heat supply equipment.

 

Smoke treatment system for coconut shell activated carbon charcoal production line
