Our factory was opened in 2006, but registered officially just in 2013. At present, in our two workshops covering about 800 square meter,  there are 18 workers and 2 QC, also have 2 engineers, 3 sales men and 1 after-sale service girl in the office. we have the main enginneer with over 23 years experience of opening new molds , also have the professional sales staff with over 13 years of oversea business. Even we are a small facotry, but we have developed over 200 styles of carabiners, over 100 styles of bottle openers, and about  40 styles of led keychains & flashlights, also have over 80 styles of other promotional products.In the following days, we will plan to develop more products, especially in the range of outdoor products.

For some of our products, we have some certifcates , such us REACH ,CE % ROHS and so on.We have our own logo of " 100bloom",  but we can also print or laser engraving or emboss your brand or logo onto our products if you want. And your own design is also ok, we can open new mold for it according your detailed request. We havn't the direct export right officially, but we have still about 8 years history for foreign trade business by our agent exporting. After these years development, we have cooperated with many international companies, such us  Nestle, Coca cola, Budweiser, Guinness, Corona, Heinken. At present, our main international marets are in North America, Northern Europe, Western Europe and Japan.

1. Are you a factory truly? Why you can produce so many different products as a small factory?

--- Of course, we are a factory producing promotional products, such us carabiners, bottle openers, led keychains, led flashlights, and so on.  Even we are a small factory, but since 2006, we have started the production as factory on the base of carabiners and bottle openers. There are many clients sent us many different designs for these products and we have opened new models about 30 models each year.

2. How can you assure the client can receive the goods after they making the payment? 

--- Alibaba group is our best warrantor. We are the gold supplier and have submited all the business records to alibaba company when we making the agreement with them. You can find all our company info by alibaba, besides it , we have good credit records in China banks. In case you can't contact our sales man after making the payment, you can contact our company directly or contact alibaba group or ZhejiangTrade Assosiations in China , they have the direct contact info for our company and the legal person in our company. Besides of above warranty, we have also good personal credit in all the business.

3. How to control the quality in your factory ? Is there any quality warranty for the products selling?

--- We have the professional QC who controls the quality for each process and before delivery our sales manager has always controled the quality of each order by personal spot- inspection, which is seldom happen in our competitors.  Besides it, we always supply 0.05%- 1% spares for free for each order. In case you find some quality problem when you receving the goods, our after-sale service staff will give you the quickest and the most satisfactory solutions.

4. Besides the payment way by T/T or West Union, if paypal is also ok?

---- It;s difficult for us to accept Paypay at present because here the fees for picking up the money is a little high . But L/C at sight will be ok for big orders.

5. Is there any factory audit in your company? Have you had the cooperating experience with some international famous companies?

--- As a small factory we havn't the factory audit, but for some of our products, we have some certficates, such us REACH, CE & ROHS. Usually  most of suppliers for these small products are small factoris or trading companies,it's difficult to find a real factory has the official factory inspection record. At present, we have cooperated with Budweiser, Nestle, Coca cola, Heinken, Corona, Guinness, etc. But we just cooperated directly with Corona. They just did a simple factory-inspection to our factory before the first order and we passed it smoothly because they pay more attention to the quality and the production time. For the cooperation with other famous companies, we just did it by some trading companies who can resolve the factory audit problem each time.
