1.Q:Are you manufacturer or trade company?

A:We are the Manufacturer, specialized in producing wireless microphones.

2.Q:How can I get the samples?

A:We appreciated that you can accept to pay the sample cost and sample freight.

3.Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?

A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size, as well as your area.

4.Q: When's the delivery time for the sample?

A:The samples will be ready for 2-5 days.

5.Q:Do you offer OEM&ODM service?

A:Yes, we do.

6. Q: How do your factory control quality?

A: Quality is the most important part for us. In order to control quality better, We have professional QC. All our products pass 4 times inspection by QC before delivery. The first time for raw material, second for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function.)

7.Q: How to pay the money?

A: We could accept the payment by L/C or T/T or Western Union. Please tell us the payment that you prefer, we will send the detail information to you.

8. Q: What’s the shipment method?

A: It could be Ocean Shipping, Airlift and Express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, ect). So before placing order. Please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method.

9. Q: When's the delivery time for the order?

A:30-45 days after the receipt of deposit.

10.Q:Could you please make it clear to me about your trade information?

A: Sure. Please find below details:

      Payment terms: L/C, T/T, Western Union.

      Payment condition: 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before delivery or against the copy of Bill of Loading.

      Delivery time: 30-45 days after the receipt of deposit.
