Normally it is 100g. It depends on the product.
Q2: What’s your delivery time? And how do you deliver the goods?
Usually we arrange the shipment within 2 to 15 days.
Quantity less than 50kg will be delivery by FedEx, TNT, UPS or EMS or other express; more than 50kg usually will be delivery by air or sea which depends on customer requirement.

Usually free sample is available for most products, but freight charges will be at your account and the charges will be return to you or deduct from your order in the future.

You can get free samples for some part of products. You only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and takes the samples. You can send us your product specifications and requests. We could manufacture the products according to your requests.
Q7: How do you treat quality complaint?
First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
