SCM Coriolis Mass Flow Meters’ measuring principle is based on the controlled generation of Coriolis forces. The measurement would not be affected by the pressure, temperature, viscosity, density, etc. And the compensation calculation is not required. The structure contains two parts: Sensor & Transmitter. 

 The mass flow meter measures the mass per unit time (e.g., kilograms per second) flowing through the device. The accuracy of the Coriolis Mass Flow Meters is ±0.1%~ ±0.2%. The application range is large. (It could be used to measure all sorts of all sorts non-newtonian fluid, slurry, suspensions, high viscosity fluid, etc.) 

 

Measuring principle

 

1)   The principle of measuring flow based on rule of Coriolis Motion.

 

2)   After transmitter connecting with sensor, time difference was measured by signal of velocity sensor, then calculate mass flow value by mass circulation calibration coefficient. 

 

3)  Transmitter is used to make stream tube resonant, measure mass and density parameters .etc according resonance frequency.
