A: For ENT unit and other big equipment, we pack them in wooden case. For small product we pack with carton. Please don't worry about the damage during shipment, our package is strong enough to protect the goods.



Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 100% in advance for normal orders, if the qty and amount is very big, we also accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.



Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CIF.



Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 5 to 25 days after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
