Temperature Control:

During UV exposure cycle, the photochemical reaction is not so sensitive to temperature. But the following all reactions speed are all determined UV Lamp Weathering Tester by the temperature. The reaction speed will be accelerated with the rise of temperature. So the control of temperature is very important. At the same time, we should make sure that the test chamber temperature is the same with the highest temperature that material exposed directly by sunshine.
In this equipment, UV exposure temperature and environment temperature can be set at any value within 50℃~80℃. The UV exposure temperature is controlled by a sensitive thermostat and a air-blast system and it has perfect uniformity.

Circulation Period:

The degree of humidity erosion is aggravating with the rising of temperature, so the temperature control during humidification circulation is very important. Then we have to do humidity exposure test in high temperature condition if need to do accelerated tes. In this equipment, condensation temperature can be controled among 40°C~60℃, the condensation temperature has completely nothing to do with UV exposure temperature.
