General description of this proposal

1000L/H reverse osmosis water purification system adopts advanced RO membrane,the RO membrane could remove the salinity of water . This reverse osmosis water purification system can be divided into pretreatment,reverse osmosis device and associated system.The control system adopts advanced PLC cotroller.it’s could achieve backwash automatically.

 Feature:
(1)full stainless steel frame, looks luxurious and delicate. This kind of machine can be used in drinking bottled water industrial area.

(4)source water is to be filted by quartz sand, activated carbon, pp sediment membranes(precision filter) and reverse osmosis membranes, we can use Hydranuatic brand or Dow Filmtec brand. At the same time, we can install Ultra Violet(UV) and ozone machine on the machine for killing germs, bacteria, so that keeping pure water fresh,no bacteria, so the pure water can be stored in PET/PC  bottles for a long time.

Processing equipment introduction

This system can be divided:pretreatment,reverse osmosis device and asociated system.The RO is the core of the treatment,other devices service for it.

  1.Raw water tank
It use to storage raw water, Stable Ro system raw water flow and pressure,protect the raw water pump. The raw water tank with built-in water stainless steel ball valve and liquid level controller.

Notice:you are adviced prepare a 1000L-3000L raw water tank.

  

2. Raw water pump

Brand: China South Pump. It will deliver the raw water to the system, it is control by PLC. Liquid level controller can control the booster pump’s start and stop.

 3. Quartz sand filter
It is widely used in RO system to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc. This process will reduce the load on the back-end filters.

Remarks:max water flow 3000L .

4.Carbon filter
The active-carbon filter is commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water . After the quartz sand filter and active carbon filter, the water basically required the water treatment plants water standard: SD1 ≤ 4; TDS≤400

Remarks:max water flow 3000L .

 5.Security filters:
Prevent the particles entering the membrane, scratched the surface of the membrane. In the normal operating condition, the filter can maintained for 3 mouth. The filter structure for fast replace.

 

  6.Water softer  

is one kind of water treatment plant that can reduce water hardness and make it soft. Its working principle is using sodium cation exchange resin to eliminate calcium and magnesium ions in the water. It is mainly use to reduce raw water hardness and advoid carbonates fouling in the pipeline, container and boiler, etc. The effectiveness reaches 99%.  

 

 7.High pressure pump.
High pressure pump is mainly to add pressure of the inlet water into a certain standard so that the pressure difference will be enough for the Reverse Osmosis need.

 8.RO Membrane
The RO membranes of this system adopt ESPA-4040 of American HYDRANAUTICS Its desalting rate can highly reach 98% and callback rate can be reach 50-75%, which are its special technical manner. Many pure water manufacturers had proved this whole set system that the remove rate of germina in water, poisonous heavy metal, radionuclide, organic micro pollution can highly reach 99.99%, 95%,

99% and 95%. After removing the poisonous and harmful substance in water basically, many toxicological index, such as organics, benzene, tetrachloride, pesticide, hydroxybenzene and plumbum, hydrargyrum, chrome, cadmium, uranium etc.

Commonly, the RO system should work once every day.  If it does not work in one week, it must be protected by some measures, or the service life of the membrane will be serious affected.

 

 

9. UV sterilizer :Stainless steel UV sterilizer is a widely used water disinfection and purification system, by emitting UV light with the peak wavelength of 253.7nm Lightbest sterilizer kills 99-99.99% microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa such as cryptosporidium, giardia, SARS, H5N1, etc. within 1 to 2 seconds.
   

 8. Ozone System

Ozone is more powerful than chlorine in oxidative disinfection.

It can not only sterilize and disinfect thoroughly, but also degrade harmful components contained in water, remove heavy metal ions and other impurities, such as iron, manganese, sulfide, benzene, phenol, cyanide and so on.Unlike chlorine, residual ozone can be decomposed into oxygen and does not cause second pollution.

After ozone treatment, the water is colorless and odorless, and the taste is good. It can improve the quality of drinking water and keep purified water fresh for over 3 month.
