Machine Advantage:

The automatic welding machine is designed to weld plastic materials. The automatic welding machine can weld advertising inkjet fabric, inkjet cloth, light box cloth, thick PVC cloth, mesh cloth, tarpaulin and other PVC, PE, DHPE, LDPE, EVA, Pp plastic materials that can be hot melted. It is small, light and easy to operate. It is equipped with temperature feedback sensor. The sensor can always monitoring the temperature of the outlet to keep a constant temperature. It uses advanced PID control technology, and adjust the power to make the temperature more constant automatically,the fluctuation is within 1 degrees. This function can make the welding result stronger. It also can avoid leakage. This machine is more suited to fast welding of large banners.

Preparation before using the machine
1. You should adjust the temperature and speed according to the thickness of banners.
2. Fix the cloth on the smooth ground to make sure the best result.

Maintain
1. Clean the nozzle with copper brush.
2. Clean the air inlet with soft bristle brush.
3. Check the power cord and plugs to avoid any mechanical damage.

Caution:
Before the shutdown , worker must take the yellow heating switch (yellow knob) counter-clock wise to turn to the "click" position , till the actual temperature drop below 50 ℃, and then turn off the main power supply, or it will do damage to the welder.
Be sure read the specification and CD carefully before used welder.

Dormancy:
When the machine is in dormant state, you can press the “Reset” button or operate the machine like before welding,the machine will be start working.
Press the “Reset” button to restore normally operation if the display show white screen. 

Packing:

Machine packing inside is plastic films and outside is fumigation wooden case. 

Our wooden case is very strong,it can bear long time shipping on the sea. 

And machine with preservative film, it can stop the salt sea water enter into the machine and make the machine corrosion.

For machines are big and heavy parcel, and different country with different delivery cost,so we suggest below delivery solution:
1. Over 1CBM or 100KG, we suggest send by Sea.
2. Below 1CBM or 100KG, we suggest send by Air.
3. Below 0.5CBM or 50KG, we suggest send by Express.
