• Q. Where is your factory? How can I visit you?
  

A: Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. You are always welcome.

• Q: How about the sample policy?

A: We are honored to offer you samples. And we will charge you on the sample fee as less as we can, even sometimes a free sample is possible. However, you have to pay us the cost of courier by express like: DHL, TNT, UPS and FEDEX.

• Q: How long can I expect to get the samples?

A: After confirming the sample details and sample charge, the samples will be sent within 7days. 

• Q: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in  pocket chart design and manufacturing.  Just tell us your  ideas and we will help to carry out them.

• Q: What’s your delivery date?

A: In general, when the quantity is under 50000pcs, we deliver in 30 to 40 days after confirming the sample.
