Transaction Process
1. Communication
With your inquiry, we will recommend our wooden house designs or our in-house designers will do plans accordingly for you.
2. Place Order
After finalize the design and transaction terms, clients may place the order.
3. Production Drawing
As soon as order confirmed, we will start to make production drawing, it usually takes 10-15 days.
4. Production
Production for wooden house usually takes 10-15 days for one unit of 200 Square Meter log house.
5. Inspection
Our strict inspection process makes sure that every piece of component produced exactly the same with production drawing and can be assembled properly.
6. Shipment
We will arrange the shipment for clients and get prepared for loading and loading pictures and packing list will be sent.
Installation Process
1. Make foundation, usually strip foundation or platform foundation.
2. Installation of walls. All wall logs are made of solid wood.
3. First floor system installation, full sets of floor system consists of floor frame, OSB board, heat insulation, iron parts.
4. Installation of rafters and roof system, it consists of rafter, OSB board, ceiling board, insulation etc.
5. Installation of water proof, shingles, window and doors.
6. installation finished, painting wood wax oil is necessary, which can protect wood house from natural damages.
